MEET DEBBIE

ABOUT

Originally from New York, Debbie spent most of her career in the city, designing clothing for Gap Inc; and other large retailers.

When the family moved to the Bay area in 2007, she became pregnant with her son and decided this was the perfect time to take a break from fashion and concentrate on renovating her Condo in San Francisco. At that point, an instant love for interiors grew.

As the family grew, they moved outside of San Francisco to Mill Valley, California to rebuild their dream house. Debbie found her true love for home design ignited. Her enduring love of aesthetics and architecture allowed her to seamlessly enter the world of collaboration with her architect to create the perfect home for her growing family. Debbie immersed herself in the project and found her community of friends not only supportive of her dream, but seeking her advice and services. It was at this point that Debbie Jackson Interiors was born.

Debbie now is back on the East Coast and lives in New Canaan, Connecticut with her two kids and chocolate lab, Bo.

STYLE

Debbie’s style has definitely been influenced from her time living in Northern California.  She strives for a clean aesthetic mixed with a bit of Modern Farmhouse and “Boho.” She likes to create spaces in neutral tones and adds interest with texture in fabric, pillows and accessories to create timeless interiors.
